Tasks

-Provide ongoing project updates to Project Managers, including milestones, risks, and schedule impacts -Identify issues early, resolve field challenges, and keep project progress on track -Enforce rigorous jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings -Ensure overall project success through disciplined management of safety, budget, quality, and timelines -Oversee all daily field operations for ground-up hotel construction projects -Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; determine sequencing and execution strategies -Maintain accurate documentation such as job logs, reports, and correspondence -Lead and manage field personnel including Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors -Build and sustain strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors -Coordinate with inspectors, city and county officials, and regulatory agencies

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up hotel construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to manage complex hospitality builds, maintain strict safety and quality standards, and consistently deliver projects on schedule and within budget. -Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency -Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities -Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms, as well as Microsoft Office -Proven experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up construction, preferably hotel or hospitality projects -Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced environment
