Tasks

-Weld steel, aluminum, copper, and other materials in multiple positions and joint configurations -Inspect welds for quality, repairing defective joints as needed -Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by performing regular housekeeping duties -Interpret blueprints and collaborate with the Lead person to confirm job requirements -Operate cutting torches and manual plasma cutters when required -Set up welding machines and adjust settings for various applications -Gather necessary materials and perform layout work according to specifications

What You Bring

-Proficiency in operating welding equipment -At least one year of welding experience -Skills in applying cutting torches, brushes, pads, buffers, grinders, overhead cranes, and rubber hammers -Training in applicable SOPs and work instructions -Innovative & adaptable -High School Diploma or equivalent experience -Ability to read tape measures and blueprints -Respectful and team oriented
