The Role
Overview
Analyze real estate financials, budgets, forecasts, and treasury for Centennial.

Tasks
-Coordinate with various levels of management and departments to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations, reports, and analysis for monthly reporting packages, business planning, etc. -Provide analytical summaries for various company KPI’s, including but not limited to, sales data, revenue analysis, variance analysis from budget and forecasts, and maintaining various excel models -Prepare and document annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, including all supporting documentation such as leasing templates, tenant analysis, property and portfolio analysis, and other various financial/performance metrics. Work alongside leasing, asset management, property General Managers, marketing, etc. to coordinate the final product. -Conduct property level analyses assessing the financial impact of developments, expansions and significant leasing activities on investor returns as needed -Perform daily treasury duties including uploading positive pay files, account transfers, wires, etc. Maintain supporting documentation for all treasury functions, and a weekly cash report sent out to various department members -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; move about an office or retail space; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to sit. -Fulfill ad-hoc internal requests from various departments (Asset Management, Investment/Acquisitions, Development, Leasing, etc.) and deliverables to 3rd party owners and to partners/investors as needed -Evaluate and read lease language and understanding of impacts to value of real estate assets

What You Bring
All job offers are contingent on completion of a background check and proof of eligibility to work in the United States. -Systems-oriented, tech-savvy; ability to work with financial systems (Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate Automated Budgeting & Forecasting (ABF) a plus) -Real estate background and experience with Argus strongly preferred -Highly organized - comfortable participating in several different projects at a time along with day-to-day activities -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Work is typically performed in an office environment, but this position will require traveling to meet with property teams, attend ICSC conferences, Centennial related matters and interface with partners. Must have the ability to navigate and move about large retail environments for extended periods of time. -Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate strategies and frame solutions to complex issues -The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and expansive reading. -Demonstrated organizational skills -Strong financial and analytical ability -Ability to take direction and work independently or with others
