-LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams -A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams -PRIORITIZE: Control a variety of projects at different stages of work -PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end -You plan and present high-quality projects to valued clients and see them through to fruition -SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members -PERFORM: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules

We have an opportunity for an experienced Traveling Project Manager with HVAC project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($5+ million) from inception to completion across the United States. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us! -FLEXIBLE: Travel to client sites frequently – assigned projects will be across the United States; 20 – 40% travel required with additional travel as necessary -You proudly manage large HVAC projects and lead professional teams to success -KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required -ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints -EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success -You thrive on encountering and conquering new and exciting challenges -A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
