Overview

Assist in field surveys, operate equipment, and document data for environmental projects.

Tasks

-Record and document survey data accurately and efficiently -Conduct field surveys to collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography -Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during fieldwork -Communicate findings and observations to the Survey Crew Chief/Lead Surveyor -Ensure compliance with survey standards and project specifications -Operate and maintain survey equipment such as total stations, GPS units, and levels -Assist in the preparation of survey reports, maps, and drawings -Assist in the setup and calibration of survey instruments

What You Bring

-Ability to travel as needed for fieldwork -Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel -Previous engineering co-op or related experience is a plus -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in Surveying or a related field
