Tasks

Assess the technology solutions for compliance to the Bank Cyber Security directives and standards Contribute to the development of the overall Cyber Security Solution Architecture processes, AI tools, standards, and templates Attend meetings to socialize program objectives Work with project teams to mitigate cyber risks Participate with the delivery of the security solution design based on business, operational, technical and security requirement, as well as IT strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to support evolving business needs Research and monitor technology developments and industry trends; assessing their applicability, functionality and reliability for the Bank and recommending technologies that will enhance productivity and the achievement of the client’s business objectives Apply a threat modeling approach to cyber security risk measurement and reporting

What You Bring

Our client, the Bank of Canada has a 2 year hybrid remote contract opportunity for a Cyber Security Architect with AI experience. Demonstrated knowledge of principles and best practices in software architecture and architectural/design patterns and frameworks This full-time contract position requires to be onsite 4 days per month A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in developing solutions architecture Demonstrated ability to work with an enterprise architecture framework and group Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian Financial Market Infrastructures Demonstrated experience and knowledge to recommend threat detection tools to counteract evolving risks in the AI space University degree or college diploma in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience working in a cyber assessment program • Demonstrated experience in the development and application of security policies and security technical standards A minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience in the IT field NIST 800.53, ISO 27001 and 27002 Demonstrated experience with different architecture and design techniques (e.g., object-oriented, topdown, structured analysis and component-based design) and tools
