Tasks

-Assist with live leasing and acquisition deals, including due diligence, tenant interviews and client communications. -Draft marketing materials, property listings, and client presentations. -Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and property managers to keep deals on track. -Conduct market research and support financial models and investment analyses. -Maintain and organize CRM records, deal files and pipeline reports. -Prepare Letters Of Intent, term sheets and transaction summaries -Identify potential clients, properties and investment opportunities for business development.

This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to transactions, financial analysis, and client engagement, ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow with a dynamic firm and pursue a broker's license. -3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, finance, or investments. -Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; ARGUS a plus. -Organized, proactive, and professional with strong communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
