Handles invoice processing, vendor setup, and AP tasks using OCR and ERP.

Tasks

-Prioritize and organize tasks; manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines. -Assist with day-to-day Procurement activities. -Build and maintain positive internal and external relationships while researching and resolving invoicing issues. -Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. -Monitor and respond to AP group emails in a timely manner. -Assist in internal and external audit activities, gathering information and preparing responses to auditors. -Assist with weekly settlement runs, analyzing and reviewing for accuracy. -Review invoice paperwork in detail to ensure appropriate documentation is submitted for approval prior to payment. -Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned. -Assist with vendor set-up in ERP System. -Utilize OCR and ERP Systems to review and process invoices. -Communicate regularly with suppliers and internal/external customers for inquiries and account reconciliations.

What You Bring

-General computer proficiency. -Great communication skills. -Team player who can also work independently. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. -1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable. -Experience with ERP AP systems such as Workday. -Superior attention to detail. -Associate degree preferred; or 2 years' experience in a business environment.
