-High School Diploma or GED -Driving is an essential job function or a valid driver’s license is required to support legitimate business purposes -Years of experience required with advanced degree: 3 years -Years of experience required: 4 years -Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred -Intermediate understanding of technical fundamentals -QCCS optional -Market Sector Software (AASHTOWare, DocExpress, local agency data management software, Newforma, MS Project, Blue Book Rental) - Developed Understanding -All certifications required by local jurisdiction (e.g., ODOT Drilled Shaft, Traffic Signals, etc.) -PE optional -Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Proficient -Performs moderately complex design tasks independently
