Tasks
This is a hybrid role that blends personal assistant duties, HR administration, and office management. You’ll act as the operational heartbeat of the business, supporting senior leaders, managing internal processes, and helping to create a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture. -Help foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture. -Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with GDPR and employment regulations. -Provide high-level PA support to senior leadership, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings. -Support meeting preparation, take minutes, and track action points across key business functions. -Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. -Play an active role in shaping company culture and reinforcing core values. -Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. -Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. -Organize team events, wellbeing programmes, and recognition activities. -Manage office supplies, facilities, and relationships with service providers. -Support remote working logistics and maintain seamless internal communication across distributed teams. -Oversee day-to-day office operations in Harpenden, ensuring the workspace is efficient and welcoming. -Drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, is confident handling sensitive information, and brings both structure and warmth to day-to-day operations. -Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. -Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
