Tasks

-Acting as the construction health and safety SME on a variety of projects. -Working with others in the development of safe systems of works for construction activities, namely Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments. -Providing updates to both internal stakeholders and clients on changes to health and safety legislation. -Providing advice to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with their duties in relation to construction works. -Delivery of the CDM Principal Designer role. -Undertaking health and safety audits on construction sites and at client facilities.

What You Bring

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. -Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. -Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders. -Drive and enthusiasm with the willingness to learn, develop and grow in the role. -Hold a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent and be a member of IOSH. -Ideally experienced working with a Construction or Property Consultancy. -Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
