Coordinate with CSA contractors, consultants, and design teams
Resolve contractual disputes and claims related to CSA works
Support procurement activities for CSA packages
Manage payment applications and certificate processes
Administer contracts for civil works, structural, and architectural packages
Maintain comprehensive contract records and correspondence
Coordinate with project management and commercial teams
Prepare and review contract documentation, amendments, and extensions
Manage subcontractor agreements and variations for CSA disciplines
Monitor contract compliance and deliverable milestones
Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical construction standards and regulations
Process and evaluate change orders and contract modifications
Requirements

Knowledge of CSA construction processes and terminology
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
Experience with pharmaceutical facility construction
Experience with standard construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar)
Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experience
Fluent English required; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
Knowledge of Belgian construction regulations
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Construction industry background, preferably pharmaceutical/industrial projects
Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite
Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Law, or related field
Professional certification in contract administration
Valid EU work authorization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
