Tasks

As a senior member of the commercial team, you will lead on procurement, oversee multiple complex subcontract packages, and provide strategic commercial guidance to ensure project success. This is a key leadership role, requiring strong technical, financial, and people management skills. -Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director -Timely submission of claims/notices in accordance with contract provisions -Responsible for measuring work packages from drawings and applying rates to work up package pricing -Manage relevant client communications -Document cost changes to the work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts -Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings -Resolve client/subcontractor disputes effectively -Compile monthly reports in accordance with procedure
