Tasks

We’re seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow our clients Syracuse, NY location. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage all aspects of branch operations, sales, and team development for a 15-person team serving contractors, builders, and commercial clients. You’ll partner with senior leadership to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners -Partner with credit, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure operational excellence -Ensure compliance with all company policies and uphold the organization’s standards of service and professionalism -Manage financial performance and ensure sustainable branch profitability -Hire, coach, and mentor a motivated team of inside and outside sales professionals -Promote a safety-first culture through active participation in monthly safety meetings -Lead branch operations including sales, logistics, inventory, and administration -Execute strategic initiatives to drive market share and brand awareness -Oversee marketing initiatives, vendor programs, and community engagement activities

What You Bring
