Tasks
-Client Engagement: Provide expert advisory services on data center projects. Actively participate in meetings and conferences, representing the firm, engaging in discussions on critical issues, and aligning project strategies. -Developing Our Teams: Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching of less experienced staff. -Technical Expertise: Act as an Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on data center projects to ensure technical excellence. Make independent decisions on engineering challenges, practices, and methods, crafting innovative design solutions. Prepare studies and technical specifications to support project development. -Technical Project Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and coordination of medium to large engineering projects or portfolio of complex projects. Work closely with disciplines and project/program managers to ensure project success. Perform independent design, review, and assurance tasks to maintain high standards of technical quality. Manage discipline quality procedures, including project evaluations and technical recommendations.

What You Bring
