Tasks

-Conduct audits and performance reviews to monitor adherence to quality standards. -Support and participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned initiatives. -Interface with clients, general contractors, and third-party inspectors to ensure alignment and compliance with quality expectations. -Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation and compliance. -Utilize QAQC tools for inspection tracking, issue management, and documentation control. -Support training and development for field teams to reinforce best practices and code compliance. -Oversee all inspection activities, including installation verification, workmanship checks, and system testing for electrical systems such as power distribution, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. -Lead QAQC kickoff and coordination meetings with project and client stakeholders. -Manage QAQC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), test results, and turnover packages. -Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to QAQC field technicians. -Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance the company’s QAQC program. -Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QAQC plans, procedures, and inspection/test plans in alignment with company standards and project requirements. -Ensure adherence to NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and applicable codes and standards. -Maintain accurate inspection logs and coordinate final quality turnover documentation to support commissioning and client closeout. -Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of commissioning, turnover documentation, and quality processes in the data center environment. -Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and local jurisdictional codes. -Proven experience managing large-scale electrical QAQC programs from installation through commissioning. -Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals. -Proficiency with digital QAQC management platforms (e.g., Fieldwire, Procore, CxAlloy). -Minimum 5–7 years of QAQC experience in electrical construction, preferably in data center, mission-critical, or industrial projects. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Problem-solving and decision-making mindset with a focus on quality and accountability. -Excellent communication and leadership abilities. -Familiarity with electrical testing procedures including megger, torque, continuity, insulation resistance, and ground testing.
