-Maintain safety, housekeeping, and ISO/IATF compliance. -Oversee assembly line operations and ensure efficient workflow. -Supervise and coordinate production team activities on the night shift. -Monitor production quality, output, and compliance with company standards. -Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime. -Manage mold changes and injection molding setup.

What You Bring

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee night shift operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly line and injection molding environments, with hands-on experience in mold changes, machine setup, and leading production teams to achieve operational excellence. This position requires flexibility and 24/7 availability as needed for production demands. -Knowledge of scientific molding; RJG certification a plus. -Experience in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949-certified manufacturing environments. -Familiarity with SPC, quality systems, and troubleshooting tools. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
