Tasks
-Lean Expertise: Serve as the primary resource for Lean tools and techniques, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM/BPVSM), A3, and structured problem-solving methodologies. -Visual Management: Implement systems that transform the plant into a visual factory, ensuring transparency and accountability. -Project Leadership: Lead Six Sigma Black Belt projects and executive-sponsored initiatives to deliver measurable business impact. -Employee Engagement: Administer the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP), leveraging employee ideas to enhance operational performance and recognition. -Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize various tools to analyze data and drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Culture, and Environment (SQDCCE). -Performance Management: Track progress against the roadmap, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. -Training & Facilitation: Develop standard templates, training programs, and facilitate Kaizen events to embed continuous improvement practices across all levels of the organization. -Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with site leadership to design and execute a roadmap that transitions the plant from its current state to a world-class customer destination.

What You Bring
-Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate proficiency in Minitab; familiarity with SQL. -Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred; Black Belt preferred. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required. -Experience: Minimum 5 years in Quality Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or Advanced Manufacturing. -Lean Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lean principles and structured problem-solving tools (8-D, A3, Ishikawa Diagram).
