Tasks

-Collaborate with suppliers and fabricators to procure quality parts on time and within budget. -Work with both internal and external customers to define the scope of work for engineering and manufacturing. -Manage projects under the direction of Project Managers and Engineering Manager for customer-driven machine customizations. -Design and develop mechanical components, equipment, and machinery systems. -Assist other engineering groups, production, and supply chain as needed. -Integrate, document, and troubleshoot industrial mechanical components.

What You Bring

-3 years of SolidWorks design experience, specifically with large capital equipment. -Experience in capital equipment and machine design. -1+ years of experience in creating and testing qualification protocols to validate and verify designs. -Proficiency in Solidworks. -Understanding of automation, robotics, and controls. -Experience in designing, testing, and documenting mechanical solutions for existing equipment or product lines. -Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent. -Experience in creating bill of materials and using proper documentation. -3-7 years of relevant experience. -Ability to research, evaluate, and choose components for machinery or equipment.
