Tasks

-Support end-users with mobile device issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems. -Supplier management responsibilities, ensuring cost-effective procurement, high-quality vendor performance, and strategic alignment with mobile technology needs. -Manage the lifecycle of mobile devices including procurement, activation, configuration, and decommissioning. -Collaborate with EIT and security teams to implement mobile security protocols and respond to incidents. -Coordinate with mobile carriers and vendors to manage service plans, billing, and escalations. -Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards related to mobile communications. -Stay current with mobile technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. -Administer and facilitate mobile device management (MDM) platforms to enforce security policies and manage inventory. -Foster strong supplier relationships and oversee contract compliance to support seamless device and communication operations. -Develop and maintain documentation for mobile device policies, procedures, and user guides. -Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance mobile communication programs by improving efficiency, personalization, and decision-making. -Maintain accurate records of mobile assets and user assignments. -Monitor mobile usage and generate reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure policy compliance.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of mobile security best practices and compliance standards. -Project management experience in mobile technology deployments. -Familiarity with telecom expense management tools. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. -3+ years of experience in mobile device administration. -Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: -This role requires a blend of strategic insight, technical fluency, and strong interpersonal skills to drive innovation and enhance business communication. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field. -Proficiency with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, MobileIron, AirWatch). -This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong interpersonal qualities to support users and drive innovation. -Empathy – Understands user needs and delivers responsive, personalized support. -Experience with enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
