Overview

Install various indoor/outdoor signs, operate equipment, ensure safety and customer service.

Tasks

-Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site. -Maintain a clean and safe work environment. -Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA regulations. -Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to job sites. -Install various types of signs including indoor/outdoor, illuminated, non-illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signage. -Prepare surfaces and ensure proper installation techniques are used. -Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints. -Safely operate power tools, ladders, bucket trucks, and other equipment as needed.

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Basic electrical knowledge is a plus (for illuminated sign installation). -Experience in sign installation, construction, or related field preferred (willing to train the right candidate). -Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. -Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts. -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus). -Good communication and customer service skills.
