What You Bring

-Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous. -Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable design practices. -Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on innovative and sustainable water management solutions. -Expertise in managing large-scale projects, budgeting, scheduling, and managing complex stakeholder relationships. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or related field. -Deep knowledge of civil engineering principles, water resources management, hydraulics, and structural design, with advanced expertise in water-related infrastructure. -Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in civil design and project management within the water sector. -Experience with relevant industry standards and software tools. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present technical information clearly. -High-level skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydraulic modelling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, EPANET), and project management software. -Professional Engineering (PE) license or Chartered Engineer status.
