The Role

Overview

Lead property data systems, surveys, and investment planning for housing asset management.

Tasks

-Ensure accurate recording of EPC and SAP data for effective thermal comfort compliance reporting. -Lead the development and maintenance of stock condition data systems, ensuring accuracy. -Oversee programming of condition and asset surveys, collaborating with team members, contractors, and surveyors to produce reports that support decision-making. -Assist in training and quality control of Asset Surveyors with the Senior Project Co-ordinator. -Collaborate with the Sustainability Improvement Planner to integrate condition data into sustainability systems and develop investment scopes with Delivery Managers. -Benchmark costs and lifecycles, proposing enhancements for value maximization. -Develop short-, medium-, and long-term investment programs aligned with strategic goals, including sensitivity analysis for planning.

What You Bring

-Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible way. -It is a company-wide role, and the location is not restricted to a specific office. Generally, the work will be home-based, but you may be required to attend one of our three offices, Blackburn, Wakefield, or Halifax. -Strong background in investment planning and forward planning (short, medium, and long term). -Knowledge of housing standards such as the Decent Homes Standard and HHSRS. -Financial awareness and experience working within a business planning framework. -Proven experience in housing stock condition and managing asset management databases. -Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Benefits

-27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years’ service) + bank holidays -This is a hybrid position that allows for flexible collaboration within the team. -Your typical working hours will be 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday -Starting salary of  £42,006 per annum
