Tasks

-Submit permit applications for construction projects -Interact with the city, county, and state municipalities relating to permitting -Track and manage the lifecycles of permits to include change orders -You can learn or create a system to track and manage multiple permits in various phases of progress

What You Bring

-You can learn different city, county, and state permitting rules and guidelines -You have at least 1-3 years of progressively challenging permitting, and 3 years of professional experience -You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software -You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality -Understand permitting code and policy -You understand all phases of the permitting process -You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
