The Role
Overview
Manage daily operations and contractor coordination for corporate head office
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Support sustainability and ESG goals in collaboration with the account team. -Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols. -Coordinate and supervise contractors on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards. -Monitor maintenance schedules and escalate issues as needed. -Support the daily running of the building and shared areas. -Maintain records and systems including CAFM and client platforms. -Conduct regular inspections and report on building condition. -Assist with planning and delivery of on-site events and wellness initiatives. -Liaise with occupiers to maintain strong relationships and respond to queries.

What You Bring
-IT proficiency and experience with FM systems desirable. -2–3 years’ experience in facilities or building operations. -Technical background in building services (e.g. HVAC, electrical) preferred. -Strong communication and organisational skills. -Familiarity with contractor management and basic H&S procedures.
