Tasks

-Keeping customer and Redaptive goals at the forefront of decision making -Identify trends and adjustments you may see in the day-to-day modeling -Incorporating pricing strategy and engineering data -Create and develop financial models to determine energy savings cash flows through -Provide recommendations to Proposal Development and Sales teams on how to drive incremental returns from modeled projects -Drive strategy by keeping a pulse on the bigger picture -Accurately representing cashflows, returns, and payback periods -Drive value-add change by assisting in simplifying processes, accelerating automation, and enhancing analytics functions -Create sales/customer facing proposals, views and analyses from modeling/data findings

What You Bring

-Self-starter that can work with limited guidance within a team -Gaining a thorough understanding of Redaptive’s Efficiency as a Service (“EaaS”) business model -Alternatively, 3+ years of directly applicable experience in investment, loan or other financial modelling -Familiarity with CRM Software (Salesforce) preferred -Intermediate Excel skills -Solar financial modeling background is a plus -Turnkey execution – faster, portfolio-wide scale -Solid communication skills, written & verbal -Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics, Data Science or Engineering -Proficiency in developing financial models via cashflows -Intermediate excel skills-
