Entry Level Electrical Engineer

Overview

Assist in design, testing, and documentation of electrical systems as entry-level engineer.

Tasks

-Help troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the design and testing phases. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical design requirements are met. -Assist in the design and development of electrical circuits, systems, and products using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Revit). -Assist in the creation of technical presentations and project status updates. -Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports. -Participate in the selection and evaluation of electrical components and systems. -Assist in the testing and validation of prototypes and final products. -Provide support during Construction Administration. -Perform basic electrical calculations and analysis to ensure design integrity and compliance with specifications. -Support the development of schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. -Work with senior engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Internship or co-op experience in an electrical engineering role is a plus, but not required. -Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical,). -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. -Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., IEEE, NEC). -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, signal processing, and power distribution. -This position may require occasional travel to job sites or client locations. -Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
