Tasks
- Make sure the show home and sales office presentation is outstanding - Assist in detailed market research - Respond to generated sales leads - Guide buyers through the sales process to completion As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face of Cavanna Homes, guiding customers through every stage of their homebuying journey, from their first visit to the show home to handing over the keys to their new property. - Deliver outstanding customer service - Ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit

What You Bring
- An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and customer-focused sales professional to join our reputable and family-owned organisation. - Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, estate agency or banking - The ability to negotiate to maximise revenue - A full, valid driving licence
