Production Supervisor

Tasks

-Ensure routine tasks such as bath monitoring, production recording, and schedule adherence are executed accurately and consistently. -Manage production process control, including sampling, analysis, and adjustments. Oversee galvanizing quality to minimize post-process dressing and ensure QA systems compliance through operator training. -Enforce safe work practices, investigate incidents and near-misses, and ensure all safety and environmental events are reported in the business system. -Monitor labor and consumable usage, recommending cost-saving initiatives and ensuring waste is minimized. -Lead the production schedule to meet DIFOT KPIs, customer turnaround times, and ensure efficient throughput while minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance coordination. -Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to meet customer delivery, quality, and design expectations. -Act as interim Operations Manager when required, maintaining safety and production continuity. -Support operator performance management, timekeeping, and conduct disciplinary actions where needed. Train staff in quality and safety procedures.
