What You Bring
Barnard is seeking a licensed and experienced construction attorney to serve and to act in the capacity of a project dedicated Contract Manager. The Contract Manager will be part of and work directly with a project team to manage all aspects of contracts related to a Project. The position will be based in Bozeman, MT, but will require travel and relocation to Projects. -Experience with federal contracting law. -Minimum of 5 years experience. -Knowledge of construction and insurance coverage law. -Must be able to travel and relocate. -Familiar with contract negotiation and drafting. -Licensed attorney. -Dispute resolution—negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. -Self-motivated and organized.
