Tasks

-Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively while following company and OSHA safety protocols. -Assist in all phases of installation — including layout, racking setup, panel placement, conduit runs, and system wiring. -Install solar panels and equipment on residential rooftops and ground-mount systems according to design specifications and safety standards. -Prepare job sites by staging materials, setting up ladders and safety gear, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. -Support team leads and electricians, learning from their expertise to sharpen your technical and problem-solving skills. -Maintain professionalism and customer focus on every job site. -Work collaboratively with your crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights daily. -OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available if not yet certified). -Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license required. -0–5+ years of experience in solar installation, roofing, electrical work, or construction (we provide training for entry-level candidates). -Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and working outdoors. -Learn to read blueprints and electrical schematics, developing the skills to grow into a senior installer or crew lead role.
