Tasks

-Operating the grader to create smooth, even surfaces for roads, parking lots, and other construction projects. -Adjusting blade angle and elevation to achieve desired surface finish and optimize efficiency. -Cleanliness of the equipment operated. -Operating heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site. -Daily greasing of equipment. -Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working order. -Conducting regular pre-operation checks of hydraulic and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality. -Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly. -Notifying supervisor if maintenance or breakdown occurs.
