Overview
Drive acquisition and development of Build‑to‑Rent multifamily sites across Sydney.

Tasks
-Work closely with internal investment, development and design teams to shape acquisition strategy and pipeline delivery. -Represent the platform externally, acting as a trusted ambassador within the Australian market. -Develop and maintain relationships with agents, developers, landowners, and joint venture partners. -Identify, evaluate, and secure development sites across metropolitan Sydney and select national markets. -Lead transaction execution including feasibility analysis, due diligence and deal structuring.

What You Bring
-Deep market knowledge and a proactive, deal-driven mindset. -10+ years’ experience in development site acquisitions, ideally within alternative residential, mixed-use or Build-to-Rent sectors. -Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related field. -Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills. -Strong track record of sourcing and transacting complex sites from origination through to completion.
