Tasks

-Work closely with other teams e.g DBA’s, HR Technologies to ensure tickets are addressed in timely manner. -Executes enhancement requests and new requirements using standard Eaton request fulfillment process( High to Critical complexity enhancement requests). -Works closely with other IT support groups and impacted customers for effective resolution and testing of fixes for production support issues, Build rapport with concerned stakeholders. -Work on HRMS projects and enhancements as techno functional consultants. -Documents and create the knowledge repository which will helps in providing quick resolution of tickets. -Participate in design and code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
