Tasks

-Actively promote spa services and retail products, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling. -Maintain a well-organized and welcoming reception area, managing bookings, guest records, and inquiries efficiently. -Provide a consistently exceptional level of guest service in line with One&Only brand standards. -Ensure seamless coordination with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in the Middle East/GCC region is preferred. -Proficient in computer systems and relevant spa software. -Strong knowledge and passion for the health, wellness, and beauty sector. -Professional fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage. -Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel. -Energetic, creative, and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
