Tasks

-Drive ad-hoc analyses and special projects that improve seller productivity and deal velocity. -Partner with Marketing Ops on lead attribution and pipeline generation/coverage tracking. -Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline coverage, deal progression, velocity, and conversion across regions and teams. -Partner with Finance on bookings reconciliation. -Document and flowchart GTM business processes; translate them into clear SOPs. -Support forecasting cadence with trend analyses, and attainment tracking. -Maintain governance and hygiene of account, contact, and opportunity data in Salesforce. -Generate CPQ quotes for sellers. -Partner with Sales Leadership on territory design, quota assignments, and coverage models.

What You Bring

-3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics. -Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field. -Strong Salesforce skills and familiarity with reporting/BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Power BI or similar). -Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable insights for leadership. -Experience with sales tech stack (Gong, Sales loft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, People ai) strongly preferred. -Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or Snowflake experience a plus. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
