Tasks

-Create Electronic Quarterly Reports (EQR) for FERC market - based rate authority -Provide analysis for various projects as directed by the Asset Manager -Distribute insurance certificates as required by PPAs, lease agreements and financial agreements -Manage compliance for corporate and government audits -Analyze and distribute internal energy index reports and avoided cost reports -Calculate payments of federal and private royalties for all US plants based knowledge and application of lease agreements -Responsible for managing all revenue derived from the electricity segment (90% of Ormat's Business) -Create monthly and annual EIA reports for all US plants -Manage customer relations between utilities, land owners and government agencies -Manage and execute compliance requirements for all PPAs, leases, and financial agreements -Execute and audit monthly utility invoices -Create reports required for compliance with PPAs and financial agreements

-Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work independently on projects that may be evolutionary in nature -The ability to work at a computer, and computer monitor, and use repetitive motion for long periods of time -The ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds -Candidate must possess analytical skills and the ability to work with various departments and levels within the organization -Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or similar degree or combination of equivalent work experience or education -Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills -Candidate must demonstrate organizational skills and be detail-oriented -This position requires sitting 80% of the time and standing and walking 20% of the time -Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
