Tasks

-Supervise project control functions across a portfolio of projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business priorities -Manage Tax Equity and PR processes for high-impact projects; act as escalation point for invoice or PO discrepancies -Support implementation of new tools, dashboards, and reporting standards to improve visibility and efficiency across project lifecycles -Oversee preparation of complex reports on budget performance, forecasts, and cost variances; review change orders and invoices for compliance and accuracy -Lead coordination efforts with Execution PMs, Controllers, and Preconstruction teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in project control data across multiple projects -Drive consistency in project financial reporting and forecasting; review and validate project variances and provide actionable insights to Execution and Finance teams -Represent project controls in cross-functional working groups and special projects aimed at improving systems or methodologies -Guide development of advanced dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to maintain data integrity and provide executive-ready insights -Represent the team in operational reviews or steering committees, providing updates on performance metrics, risks, and process enhancements -Mentor junior associates and managers on project control processes and best practices; deliver training and coaching to support development

What You Bring

-Responds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachable -Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6; familiarity with spend curve forecasting and schedule-driven cost modeling; and exposure to cross-functional estimating workflows involving engineering, procurement, and finance are all preferred, but not required -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to resolve complex, cross-functional challenges -Expert-level understanding of project controls frameworks, systems, and compliance processes -Minimum of 7 years in project controls, financial analysis, or related discipline (prior people management preferred) -Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgrounds -Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and integrated reporting -Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts -Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams -Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships -Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field -Proficiency with real-time applications and project management software -Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities -Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables -Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team -Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines -Experience mentoring and managing team members and third-party vendors
