What You Bring

BakerHicks are looking for a Chartered Principal Civil or Structural Engineer to lead the delivery of power sector projects from either our London or Scotland office. This is a senior role where you’ll take ownership of projects, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and act as the key point of contact for clients. Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role as required by our clients and sectors. -Proven leadership and project management skills -Chartered Engineer (ICE or IStructE) -Experience in the power sector, or interest in applying your expertise to this field -Excellent communication and client-facing ability -Strong consultancy background in civil or structural engineering
