Tasks

This is both a design and strategic leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape the delivery of sustainable water solutions for public and private sector clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management, design, and delivery of projects within a growing multidisciplinary team, ensuring high technical standards and effective project execution. -Provide technical guidance, review, and quality assurance for project outputs. -Mentor and develop junior team members to support succession planning and technical excellence. -Contribute to the preparation of proposals, tenders, and fee estimates. -Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment and network projects. -Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance and coordination. -Manage multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in relevant design and modelling software (e.g., Civil 3D, Microdrainage) is an advantage. -Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. -Degree-qualified in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline -7+ years’ experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and project delivery. -Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland, or equivalent. -Familiarity with Irish Water standards, planning, and environmental regulations. -Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex engineering projects. -Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, pumping, and pipeline systems.
