ERP Inventory Accuracy Specialist

Tasks

-Champion safety and productivity; follow Ohio Gratings safety practices and OSHA training. -Complete administrative assignments and other related duties as needed. -Use hands/arms to reach, handle, and feel objects, tools, or controls. -Stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed. -Remain seated or standing for extended periods while counting inventory. -Track results of implemented recommendations against KPIs; seek continuous improvement. -Maintain precise inventory records and reconcile differences between physical counts and Epicor data. -Execute cycle counts; support inventory reduction and the disposition of obsolete items. -Collaborate with the Transaction Control team and management to boost accuracy and reduce errors. -Apply 5S to sustain an orderly, high-quality work area. -Analyze trends and provide detailed explanations for variances; propose and report on corrective actions.

What You Bring

-Forklift certification (preferred). -Work near moving mechanical parts and at heights or in confined spaces. -Lift up to 75 lbs. -Comfort working under general supervision; able to work independently and check with a supervisor when uncertain. -Use Epicor (ERP) and RF tools to document all inventory activity; demonstrate ERP proficiency. -3+ years of related inventory/control experience (preferred). -Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting without sacrificing quality. -Clear communication and effective conflict resolution skills. -High School Diploma (required). -Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities; exceptional attention to detail. -Strong time management; proven track record of meeting deadlines. -Prior ERP/RF knowledge (preferred); Epicor experience a plus. -Work across multiple plant areas; potential exposure to wet and humid conditions. -Excellent distant and peripheral vision; distinguish colors; adjust focus.
