Lead mechanical engineering projects, manage budgets, mentor staff, and drive technical excellence.
-Provide mentorship, training and development for staff -Present to clients, staff and at industry events -Effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group -Improve the technical operations of the company -Serve as a senior technical resource for the company -Lead and manage projects successfully and profitably -Enforce the project quality management plan (QMP) -Project team leadership and budget management as Project Manager with approval. Utilize tools and resources for project planning, forecasting, progress tracking -Develop and maintain client relationships -Inspire and motivate staff
-Significant involvement in company standards and improve company processes -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering for discipline work -Technical leadership of PAE’s design scope as Lead Engineer and/or Engineer of Record (EOR) with approval -Effective leadership and people skills -Project leadership skills including billing, reporting, resource allocation and scheduling -Relevant professional credential within discipline (PE, CPD, RCDD, etc.) -Must have significant experience in a management or leadership role -10+ years of industry experience
