The Role
Overview
Supervises maintenance, prepares apartments, handles repairs & emergency calls.

Tasks
-Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority -Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone -Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review -Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants -Assist in capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairs -Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program -Assist in managing 3rd party vendors including gathering 3 bids for projects

What You Bring
-Water heater knowledge both electric and gas -Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications -Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe -HVAC or EPA Certification required -Drywalling including painting and carpentry -Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal -Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
