Tasks

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for design integration. Responsible for the design and coordination of plumbing, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems for large-scale building projects such as airports, metro stations, and commercial complexes. Support tender documentation, BOQ preparation, and material selection. Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for plumbing and firefighting systems. Review vendor submissions and shop drawings. Ensure designs comply with national/international standards and project requirements. Conduct site visits for design validation and technical support. -Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for design integration. -Support tender documentation, BOQ preparation, and material selection. -Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for plumbing and firefighting systems. -Review vendor submissions and shop drawings. -Ensure designs comply with national/international standards and project requirements. -Conduct site visits for design validation and technical support.

What You Bring

Expertise in water supply, drainage, and firefighting system design. Strong coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software. Good understanding of NBC, IS codes, and international standards. -Expertise in water supply, drainage, and firefighting system design. -Strong coordination and communication skills. -10 to 15 years of experience in designing Plumbing systems for Buildings, Airports, Metro Stations or similar large-scale projects. -Strong communication skills... teamwork... client relations... willingness to travel -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software. -Good understanding of NBC, IS codes, and international standards. -B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university. -Strong knowledge of international building codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, IEC, NFPA) -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software
