Tasks

-Ensure all regions this customer operates in are educated and updated on Bloom products, Services and transactions. -Responsible for mapping all key contacts within the account and establishing relationships with key influencers and decision makers. -Responsible for developing and managing an opportunity funnel within the account to meet or exceed sales targets -Accountable for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within the account across all geographies -Responsible for soliciting and effectively communicating all customer feedback from the account, act as the “voice of the customer” -Responsible for overseeing all early and mid-stage aspects of the Bloom Energy sales process: Opportunity Qualification, Opportunity Development, & Initial Proposals for one of Bloom’s most strategic customers -Manage internal resources for sales engineering, application engineering, and structured finance to craft a qualified proposals. Cross functional player willing to partner with Centers of Excellence teams -Responsible for full quota attainment from a single global customer in the retail colocation and networking space. -Developing and leading the account strategy and supporting a matrixed team interacting with this customer across multiple regions

What You Bring

BA/BS required; MBA preferred 10+ years of strategic account management in a quota carrying role. International sales and management experience is required. Experienced with global account management techniques such ensuring globally consistent contract terms. This role must be an excellent communicator both inside and outside the organization. -Demonstrated ability to develop multi-million dollar projects (>$10M) to exceed a multi-million dollar individual quota selling direct to large and medium sized enterprises with little direct management oversight. -Experience using a formalized sales methodology a plus. -Highly competitive with demonstrated ability to personally and with a team connect broadly across multiple stakeholders. -10+ years large account management across geographies in the data center, high tech and/or capital equipment sectors. -Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to objections, to operate successfully at the C-Level of multi-billion dollar companies, and to develop relationships at the executive level within accounts, especially finance & operations. -Must be experienced selling to or operating with data center environments with established industry relationships -Skilled in Consultative Selling. -Able to grow and adapt as Bloom Energy grows. -Able to travel globally as required
