Tasks

-Manage tech stack integrations, across existing companies and newly acquired ones. -Manage and develop a growing team of project managers and integration specialists. -Drive adoption and optimization of tools such as ServiceTitan, Inova, and Sage Intacct (ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required). -Build a scalable and standardized technology integration playbook to support future M&A activity across CSP’s growing portfolio. -Bring a strong understanding of partner company workflows, operations, and their impact on business performance. -Establish and implement continuous improvement processes. -Collaborate cross-functionally with M&A, operations, finance, and technology teams to align tech implementations with business needs. -Serve as the technology integration point person for leadership, with regular updates to the executive team and board. -Provide structured project management to ensure timely and successful technology rollouts. -Lead the full lifecycle of technology integration across acquired companies, including planning, implementation, and optimization.

What You Bring

-Acquisitive Tech Integration Experience: At least 3 years of experience implementing technology in highly acquisitive, private equity-backed environments, with a strong emphasis on standardization and change management. -Ability to manage and lead effectively in matrix style reporting environments. -Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities. -Experience in commercial field services (e.g., HVAC, restoration, fire & life safety, etc.) or similar operationally intensive, multi-site service businesses is preferred. -Structured Problem-Solver & Communicator. -Strong business acumen and understanding of field operations. -Able to create clarity and structure in ambiguous environments. -Data and Business Intelligence: 3 years of experience implementing data and BI strategies in acquisitive environments. -Commercial Orientation: Fluency with financial and operational metrics, with the ability to step out of technical weeds. -Working knowledge of core cybersecurity concepts (e.g., SSO, MFA, firewalls, proactive threat detection, etc.). -Field Services Fluency: 3 years of experience implementing technology in field services environments with stakeholders who have diverse technological backgrounds. -M&A Proficiency: Familiarity with acquisitive business models and their risks/rewards.
