Tasks
-Lead a team of Inside Sales Reps to develop and close opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer retention -Leverage key partnerships and strategic alliances to maximize customer renewals and retention while driving scalable sales motions -Provide training and support to ensure the team understands Procore’s products, industry, and sales best practices -Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across the team -Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure lead quality and proper follow-up, contributing to accurate forecasting and performance reporting -Conduct regular call reviews, presentations, and pipeline/deal reviews to help the team meet and exceed sales targets -Foster a high-performance, high-accountability culture within the Inside Sales team -Attract, hire, and retain top-performing Inside Sales Reps through multiple recruiting channels

What You Bring
-Proficiency with Salesforce and strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills -2+ years of management experience in a sales environment, with a proven ability to hire, develop, and promote talent -Proven success in selling via product demonstrations, email, and social selling -Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience -Experience using and implementing sales methodologies, with demonstrated success in quota achievement as an individual contributor -5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience (preferably in a SaaS environment focused on public sector) -Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and experience working with channel partners like Carahsoft, Immix and AWS Marketplace
