What You Bring

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Property or similar Strong commercial and contractual understanding with excellent attention to detail 8–12+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within luxury multi-residential projects The role will suit a highly experienced and proactive project professional who can represent the owners’ best interests locally, operating with full autonomy while maintaining close communication with the overseas-based Director. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to liaise effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors Exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager / Project Manager to deliver two premium residential developments in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Proven experience delivering projects from DA through to completion, including design coordination and cost control The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-side or developer-side project management, ideally within the luxury multi-residential or mixed-use space, and be comfortable managing projects through every stage of the lifecycle – from design and DA coordination through to procurement and construction delivery. Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
