Tasks

-Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs. -Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques. -Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned Yardi software products. -Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats (e.g., webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual courses). -Continuously refine training content to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with software updates.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience -Strong decision-making and organization skills -Strong interpersonal skills -Ability to travel up to 10% -Knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods -Prior relevant industry, field, or software experience -Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others -Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities -Excellent communication skills -Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment -People focused, with the ability to build rapport
