Tasks

-Gathering and analysing data from engine testing activities to identify faults and root causes. -Managing defined technical packages and investigations, delivering against programme milestones within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters. -Acting as a point of contact within your engineering discipline, sharing subject matter expertise and providing advisory support across the team. -Applying engineering judgement to interpret results and develop effective solutions. -Influencing stakeholders and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to drive change and innovation. -Leading the development and continuous improvement of tools, processes, and methods within the engine test facility. -Representing senior departmental staff and coaching others in areas where you hold technical authority.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and presentation skills. -A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). -Experience in a relevant domain (preferred but not essential). -Strong organisational and project management abilities. -A collaborative approach and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. -Strong knowledge of electrical systems and fault diagnosis.
